I have agreed to begin renting an apartment starting the beginning of April!! I believe that the Lord has led me to this place to rent. The apartment is on top of the home of a pastor and his wife. It also has a balcony area on the roof of the rest of the house. I'm going to love sitting out on the roof!! There are 2 bedrooms inside and 2 bathrooms. There is also a room full of boxes of books (storage) and a combined living/dining/kitchen area. The apartment is furnished, which is a tremendous blessing since I have basically no appliances or furniture, and another even more amazing blessing is that this apartment fits within my budget. Also, the apartment is in an area where I would feel safe, especially since I would be living above another Christian family.
Well, I am very thankful for the Lord for this provision, and I would request your prayers as I take this next big step of moving out on my own, learning to juggle the responsibilities, privileges and expenses that come with "independence."
